Through a press release, Blizzard announced the arrival on the market of the new Overwatch soundtrack, along with the second volume of the Artwork book
Despite the farewell of the historical director of the game, the Blizzard team is working hard on the development of Overwatch 2. Meanwhile, the first chapter continues to grind money, successes and events, strong of a consolidated fan base and mechanics particularly appreciated by all lovers of hero shooters. In May, the anniversary was celebrated with a particularly popular themed event and, recently, the development team also introduced crossplay among the various platforms on which the title is available. In short, Blizzard’s support for the title is not waning even in the most excited phases of the development of the sequel, and this can only do justice to an online multiplayer that has always brought quality and entertainment over the years.
Via a press release, Blizzard also announced the release of two new extra contents dedicated to the video game, albeit belonging to different media. We are talking about an illustration book, already available in book stores and which will be distributed all over the world, and the new soundtrack. The latter is entitled Animated Shorts, contiene 11 brani of the entire collection of Overwatch movies and is available for free on all major music streaming platforms: Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Deezer (EU), NetEase Cloud Music (CN).
Overwatch: Blizzard Releases Soundtrack and New Artwork Book
The title of the new Artwork book is instead The Cinematic Art of Overwatch: Volume 2, with which you can have an in-depth look behind the scenes of the films of the title, from “In marcia” to “Ora Zero”. The book contains hundreds of never-before-seen illustrations from 2017-2020 and narrates the epic creative journey that gave life to these films. In short, a sensational gem for all Blizzard hero shooter fans.
The Art Book and the new soundtrack further increase the vast world surrounding Overwatch, and which, as always for works like this, crosses over into other genres and media.
