On 1 and 2 October the Porsche Experience Center of Franciacorta hosted the Porsche Festival 2022. An event that attracted a record number of visitors, all of whom came to celebrate one of the most loved automotive brands in the world. More than 9,000 people attended, taking part in the many different experiences available at this Festival.

What makes this event truly special is how capable it is of embracing every facet of the universe of this brand, loved and celebrated by so many. The brand Porsche it was born and is closely linked to automobiles, but it extends to become real lifestyle. And so you could find spaces dedicated to all the vehicles produced by the German company (including tractors and planes!) But also corners dedicated to self-care, insurance, tires, sports, food and much more!
It was a real journey into everything that is Porsche, to celebrate it together with thousands and thousands of other enthusiasts. Many have also been able to experience the power of these cars for themselves. In fact, several experiences were available to test within the Porsche Experience Center, including the extraordinary Carrera Cup Experience. In fact, the bravest were able to take to the track alongside the official competition drivers, to experience the emotions of a race.
The gaze was also naturally based on the past of this brand, with many vintage cars. The record for this edition belongs to one 356 America Roadster, which was produced as early as 1953, almost seventy years ago. But she isn’t much younger there 356 Speedster Super del 1956 protagonist of Restoration Competition.
For the first time in 2022, the award ceremony for this challenge between workshops for the best restoration of a Classic car was held at the Porsche Festival. And to take home the victory was the Porsche Center East Milancapable of restoring the car to its original splendor, with exceptional attention to detail.
The spectacle of hundreds of Porsches
The highlight then came at the end of the day, in the place of honor. Dozens first and hundreds of Porsches then went to the Experience Center track to create one splendid parade as the sun set. Cars as far as the eye can see, ready to parade on the circuit in front of the eyes of the many fans in the stands.
The glance was undoubtedly extraordinary. Seeing the number of cars, perfectly aligned on the starting line, grow minute by minute, and then notice how many were still entering the circuit is something surprising. The number continued to grow, to the point of completely losing count, at least for us in the stands. But in the official data of the Porsche Festival 2022 we talk about over 1,000 cars present on parade in the two days.
And then, when everyone reached their seats, it was time to leave and the party could begin. With horns, roaring engines, waving flags and applause, it was a truly emotional moment. An occasion in which to reaffirm their passion even more strongly for Porsche, but above all to feel part of a communityunited by a common love for one of the most iconic automotive brands of all time.
Porsche Festival 2022: where a fan feels at home

The edition 2022 of the Porsche Festival therefore it can only be considered a success. Enthusiasts were able to discover every corner of the world of this brand, going beyond the cars themselves, but also living it as a real lifestyle.
