PS Plus: the leaks line up for the free games of June 2022

The PS Plus subscription always brings free games with it, but those of June 2022 have been confirmed in advance by a second leak

Free titles have always been one of the biggest draws of PS Plusand now the games of June 2022 they enjoy an additional confirmation before their announcement. The Spanish site Areajugones (a pun on “Aragonese”, we suppose, ed) yesterday declared that the three games for subscribers would be God of War (2018), Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker e Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. The news seemed legitimate, although the source was not the usual leaker. The Deallabs member car-only, in fact, he has promised a press blackout on the trio of free content until May 31st. Well, time out!

The June 2022 free games for PS Plus are…

Billbil-kun’s list, who has been speaking, is the same: those that we have listed above are, until possible denial, the games of June 2022 for members of PS Plus. The titles can be redeemed from 7 June to 5 July. Of course, there is a footnote that we cannot fail to mention. God of War is technically part of the PS Plus Collection, which is a selection of PS4 titles for the lucky PS5 owners. Which makes the game exclusive to members of both categories. For the record, the games currently available until June 7 are FIFA 22, Curse of the Dead Gods and Tribes of Midgard.

Sony has stated that free games will also be included in the new incarnation of the service, scheduled for our territory on the 23rd of next month. Subscribers will be able to enjoy one of three different variants: the rank Essentialsthe most prestigious Extra and, finally, the one predictably baptized as Premium. The first level equates to the one already known, while the second will extend the games available to the PS4 and PS5 libraries in a way not unlike Xbox Game Pass. As for the Premium, it will include PS1, PS2 and PSP titles (discussed) to download and PS3 games (discussed in turn) to enjoy streaming. Ironically, it’s not even the latest rumor on the Sony world in the last few hours, after the news on the VR front.
