Through the Twitter profile of PlayStation Game Size, the weight of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, the title of Insomniac Games that has recently entered the gold phase, has been unveiled
Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is what we knew we wanted, but we didn’t have the courage to ask. The exclusive PlayStation 5 that most of all, perhaps, Sony fans are waiting for is the great return of a truly beloved franchise from Insomniac Games. We are now less than a month away from launch, set for June 11, and the company recently announced that the title has officially entered the Gold phase. Among the many details that have been revealed over the weeks, in the past few hours a rather interesting one has leaked on the net: the weight of the complete game.
Through the official Twitter profile of PlayStation Game Size, in fact, it was revealed that Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart will weigh 42,183 GB at launch. A not too high amount, considering the weights of other contemporary games, but we must consider that, even if it has not yet been made known, it is very likely that there will be a day one patch that will weigh everything down. It also appears that the pre-load of the title will be available from June 4th, exactly one week before launch. We leave you the PlayStation Game Size Tweet right below.

Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, not too much weight (for now!)
In Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart we will return to live an epic adventure with the two heroes who have always competed, in the hearts of many gamers, with Jak and Dexter. The peaceful life, if you want to say so, of the two is interrupted again by Doctor Nefarious, guilty this time of having stolen an instrument called the Dimensionator. The game, exclusive to PlayStation 5, it will take advantage of next-generation hardware with virtually instant loads, a support for dynamic 4K and the use of all the peculiarities of Sony’s DualSense house.
While June 11 is fast approaching, we now also know the weight, without any patches, of Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart. What do you think of the Insomniac Games series? Will you buy this chapter?
