The smartphone brand realme has just announced the appointment of Madhav Sheth as Group President.
realme International Business Group: a new President
Right in these hours really, the fastest growing smartphone brand in the world, named Madhav Sheth as President of his own International Business Group. Sheth will have full responsibility for the brand’s overseas commercial activities, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO Sky Li. His responsibility will now be extended to the markets of Europe, Asia (excluding China), Latin America and Africa.
realme was co-founded in 2018 by Madhav Sheth and Sky Li. In just 37 months, it has experienced significant growth in 61 markets around the world. This is the fastest smartphone brand in history to reach 100 million shipments (surpassing Apple and Samsung). During his tenure as CEO in India and Europe, Madhav led the team, which allowed them to increase their presence in the Indian and European market. By maintaining his role as CEO of realme Europe, he will continue to help the company conquer the mid- and high-end market.
