Remnant From the Ashes, the souls-like shooter, is preparing to land on PS5 and Xbox Series X with an update: here’s the release date
The souls-like third-person shooter (particularly underrated by Gunfire Games) Remnant: From the Ashes will debut on PlayStation 5 ed Xbox Series X with a free update that we are finally ready to tell you about release date. The developer has already confirmed that the update patch will add 4K / 30 FPS and 1080p / 60 FPS modes to PS5 and Xbox Series X. Xbox Series S will only have access to the latter. The news is official: Remnant From the Ashes will come with a free update on PlayStation 5 ed Xbox Series X and the release date is set for Thursday May 13, start marking it on the calendar. Released in August 2019, Remnant: From the Ashes is set on Earth where a hostile invading force called Root it has invaded civilization, throwing the world into chaos. As a lone hero, it is up to the player to investigate the identity and origin of the invader and cut him out, in short, totally eradicate him. This will involve venturing into various other dimensions, from the swamps of Corsus to the desolate moors of Rhom.
Along with DLCs like Swamps of Corsus and Subject 2923 that added new areas and objects, Gunfire Games also released free updates that added the Hardcore mode and a new dungeon. Remnant: From the Ashes has sold over 2.5 million of copies to date and has been downloaded 10 million times when it was free on the Epic Games Store.
