I World Championships from League of Legends are now around the corner and for the occasion Riot has decided to offer its users some updates, with lots of dates and much more. Let’s find out all the details together.

The 2022 League of Legends World Championships

I World Cup 2022 will start on September 29 in Mexico City and will end on November 5th in San Francisco. Below we present the official program.

• Qualifications: September 29 – October 4 at the Artz Pedregal Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City, Mexico;
• Groups: October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater in Madison Square Garden in New York City;
• Quarter finals: 20-23 ottobre all’Hulu Theater del Madison Square Garden a New York City;
• Semifinals: October 29-30 at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia;
• Finale: November 5 at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California.

They will participate in the World Cup 24 teams Worldwide. Unfortunately, the LCL he will not be able to send his own team to represent them at the tournament. The remaining teams will qualify automatically for the group stage:

• China (LPL) – 1st, 2nd and 3rd position;

• Europe (LEC) – 1st and 2nd position;
• North America (LCS) – 1st and 2nd position;
• Southeast Asia (PCS) – 1st position;
• Vietnam (VCS) – 1st position.
