Samsung is working on the new top of the range Samsung Galaxy S23 which will debut on the market during the first quarter of 2023. Among the arriving models there will also be the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, the brand’s real flagship for next year. According to initial informationthe display of the new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be able to count on a record peak brightness.
Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra: the display will be brighter than the iPhone 14 Pro Max
One of the categories where the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra will be able to beat the iPhone 14 Pro Max It will be there display brightness. The top of the Korean range will be able to count on a panel E6 Super AMOLED LTOP 3.0 which will present a peak brightness of 2,200 nits. This is 200 nits higher than the panel used by the iPhone 14 Pro Max (and manufactured by Samsung Display).
The smartphone will continue to offer a maximum refresh of 120Hz. To protect the display there will be a new version of the Gorilla glass which should guarantee a further improvement in terms of resistance to shocks and scratches. The smartphone, like the rest of the S23 range, will be able to count on SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The Ultra version of the S23 series will also offer a main camera with a new 200 Megapixel sensor.
