Seagate introduces an external hard drive for PlayStation inspired by God of War Ragnarok

Need more storage for games? No fear. Seagate today launched a new range of PlayStation solutions, including an external drive inspired by the all-new God of War Ragnarok. It is a HDD and 2 TB made in a special edition, with a design and graphics designed to pay homage to the recently released game. The hard drive also has a customizable RGB LED light.

The disc expands storage capacities, ensuring gamers have fast and optimal console memory management.

The HDD is specifically designed and optimized with firmware to interact with PS4 and PS5 consoles. The disk drive is lightweight and offers an installation plug-and-play in less than two minutes, with no need for additional tools. The memory card is connected and powered with high speed USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.0), therefore it does not require a separate power cable. The unit also offers the ability to play PS4 games directly installed from the unit.

The new 2TB Seagate PlayStation Hard Drive is available for the price of 175,49€ and comes with a three-year warranty.
