Released on February 6, 2022 for PC and PlayStation, Sifu received a large amount of positive reviews. The game was nominated for three awards during The Game Awards 2022. Our Francesco also liked it a lot, who wrote in his review for techgameworld.com:
“It is a difficult, uncompromising, brutal title that requires the player to concentrate as much as possible at all times. Whether this is good or bad is for you to decide: for some this type of difficulty will be stimulating and will make them want to implement a process of self-improvement until they become the martial arts masters that the game would like them to become”.
