To promote the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem moviein Italian cinemas from August 30, Paramount collaborated with Snapchatwith Snapchat Lens creator Brielle Garcia and Pretty Big Monster agency (PBM) to develop a new AR Lens called “TMNT Mutant Mayhem”.

Based on Snap AR 3D Body Tracking technologythis Lens allows users to transform into one of four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles brothers – Michelangelo, Leonardo, Raphael and Donatello – faithfully to the film, reflecting their respective height, build, accessories and catchphrases. This technology enables an immersive experience that follows body movements in real time, allowing you to truly feel like a part of the team of four brothers. The Lens can also be used from rear view camera to transform your friends.
Paramount has partnered with Brielle Garcia, creator of Snapchat Lenses, to bring the film’s characters to life after discovering his independently developed TMNT Lens. Together with Snapchat and PBM, the team created the new Lens called “TMNT Mutant Mayhem” inspired by the animation style of the film. This is Paramount’s latest custom Lens, developed using machine learning to promote its latest releases in an innovative way through the immersive experiences of Snapchat.

At this launch, Paramount and Snapchat also collaborated on the development of dedicated Cameo stickers, where Snapchatters can add their selfie to character-inspired gif stickers in chats with friends.
