New for Solaris bank: the main European platform of Banking-as-a-Service, officially introduced the new organizational group and the new management structure. Starting April 1, Solarisbank will replace the previous matrix structure based on dedicated business units with a country-oriented commercial organization and supported by a central platform of products and technologies.

In the reorganization, Solarisbank adds others talents to his management team. On March 1, Chloé Mayenobe began as the new Chief Growth Officer and leads the commercial organization alongside Chief Commercial Officer, Jörg Diewald, Deputy-CCO, Timo Weber, and Krishna Chandran, Managing Director Partnerships. Jens Lütcke joins the group of General Managers for Local Markets in the newly created position in Germany.
Lütcke was previously deputy CEO of Blue Code International AG and co-founder of the online payment service Sofort. Jörg Howein, formerly Chief Product Officer, will assume responsibility for the central manufacturing platform as Chief Platform Officer. His successor as CPO will be Delia König, who was previously responsible for Solarisbank’s Identity Unit as Managing Director. She in the future will report her directly to Howein.
With Lee Johnstone, former CFO of Contis, continuing to lead the company as Managing Director, newly hired Tim Spurr, with financial background at 10x Future Technologies, Kuflink and Barclays, takes on the role of Deputy-CFO International. Layla Qassim, formerly Head of Strategy & Shareholder Relations, is making a career and in the new position of Chief of Staff supporting the Group CEO she will also supervise the integration project between Solaris and Contis together with Andrea Ramoino, Chief Strategy Officer of Contis.
Scott Donnelly joins Solarisbank as Senior Vice President Lending and Digital Asset Products, completing the product leadership team consisting of Leif Wienecke, Florian Redeker, Georg Heibel and Nicolas Knecht.
