A few hours ago Sony officially announced the date of the next one PlayStation Showcasewhich will be held on 24 maggio 2023. The appointment is for 10.00 pm (Italian time).

What can we expect from the PlayStation Showcase on May 24, 2023

The event, which should last more than an hour, will be dedicated to the new games coming to PlayStation 5 (PS 5) and PS VR2, Sony’s new virtual reality headset. This is a highly anticipated presentation, as Sony has yet to unveil many of its projects for its next-gen platforms this year (with the exception of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which we haven’t seen yet).

The announcement of the event talks about “An avalanche of new games and new IPs”, suggesting that we could see a real show up to the old edition of E3, with lots of surprises and announcements. E3 which, we recall, was canceled this year precisely because the individual studios have decided to organize their own dedicated events.

Last month, Nintendo also announced its own dedicated event. This is the Nintendo Live Show 2023, which will be held in Seattle in September.
