Star Wars: The Bad Batch is the new animated TV series signed by Lucasfilm that will be available on Disney Plus with the confirmed release date of May 4, 2021. The new series is a spin off of the Clone Wars chapter and will feature five eccentric members of Clone Force 99 who will face challenges of all kinds.

We are in the aftermath of the Empire’s proclamation and the five empowered clones have found their way into a rapidly changing galaxy. Each of them is endowed with extraordinary potential that makes them great soldiers and also a great compact team, whose names are Hunter, Echo, Tech, Wrecker and Crosshair.
Stars Wars: The Bad Batch will be presented on Disney Plus with the same formula as the most recent, so with one episode per week, which will air every Friday and there will be a 70-minute season premiere as the official launch of the series, which will be on May 4th. The following episodes will instead be scheduled from 7 May.
Executive producers include Dave Filoni (The Mandalorian and The Clone Wars itself), while Jennifer Corbett is the lead screenwriter and director of Brad Rau.
