Geoff Keighley promises bombs: the duration of the Summer Game Fest 2023 promises not a little space for many announcements, “two or three” in particular
In just a couple of days, the upcoming PlayStation Showcase will kick off the summer season of announcements for the entire gaming industry, including Xbox Games Showcase, Ubisoft Forward and most importantly, the Summer Game Fest 2023with a duration worthy of the reputation of replacing the fu E3. In fact we will have a live show scheduled Thursday 8 June. In two weeks, a fireworks display awaits us, given the metaphorical bombs that Geoff Keighley he has already promised his audience. We, for our part, are already ready to fasten our seat belts… and, of course, also to follow every single announcement, notebook in hand! Keighley’s promise dovetails with the list of partners at the event, which they will surpass the remarkable share of 40. A legendary duration: the Summer Game Fest 2023 promises sparks
In previous editions, the Summer Game Fest has brought with it announcements capable of stealing the scene, and with the duration promised by the videogame showman who wanted the show, it is clear that the 2023 one will not be outdone. Will we get something like The Last of Us Part I and Elden Ring? According to Keighley’s statements, this seems to be the case. In his recent interview with the Epic Games site staff, the showman talked about a couple of ads “pretty big for this audience”. The whole will entertain us for about two hours, in a similar way to what we saw last summer. Whether there are two, three or four particularly important reveals will remain a matter of discussion even after the conclusion of the event. Only one thing is certain: there will be enough fireworks to satisfy all palates!
