Just when we had resigned ourselves to seeing Super Smash Bros Ultimate closing on the best, here the latest in-game notification surprises us with the promise of unexpected news in 2024. You didn’t read it wrong: we will have new content starting next year, which is now just around the corner. Masahiro Sakurai’s magnum opus, with which the latter closed a chapter on his YouTube channel, evidently still has something to say.
