Suzuki Moto thinks of making the booking of coupons even more convenient for its customers, giving them the possibility, online, to choose the date and to have a cost estimate on the intervention to be carried out. The new functions are accessible on the official website www.suzuki.it, i nel Maintenance menu, motorcycle and maintenance section.
He menu Maintenance allows you to calculate the expense to be incurred in a very simple way. In fact, just enter the vehicle’s plate or frame numbers or specify the model and version of the motorcycle or scooter in question, the coupon to be carried out and the Authorized Center where you want to carry out the maintenance. Once these data have been entered, the estimate with the amount requested for the intervention will appear on the screen.
The total amount, including VAT, is detailed, or with the price of the necessary spare parts, the cost of labor with the relative hourly quantity, the cost of lubricants with the indication of the liters used and the list of all the other operations scheduled for the intervention.
It should be borne in mind, as Suzuki explains, that the estimate does not include any costs for materials subject to wear, such as the battery and brake pads, or those attributable to further interventions necessary or expressly requested by the Customer. The quote, if desired, can also be saved, downloaded and printed.

Another new function available on the Suzuki Moto website is the one called “Book it”. The latter allows you to request a workshop appointment via your computer or smartphone for the scheduled maintenance of your motorbike or scooter. Also in this case it is necessary to fill in some simple fields, and then request an appointment request at the selected assistance point. This will then be answered within the following 24 hours in the customer’s preferred method, i.e. with a phone call, a text message or an e-mail.
Still on the subject of maintenance of their motorcycles, Suzuki proposes the Suzuki Smile program which provides a maintenance package that can be purchased within 2 months of registration or within the first service of 1000 km, depending on what occurs for first. Suzuki Smile includes the first four coupons provided by the Japanese company and covers the costs for labor, taxes for the environment, spare parts, liquids and all those operations indicated in the Use and Maintenance Booklet, based on the seniority of the vehicle or mileage achieved. It also offers two free checks, which can be requested at will during the period in which the package is active. Finally, those who subscribe to Suzuki Smile can also benefit from a 20% discount on accessories and original spare parts, as well as on Suzuki branded clothing (with a spending limit of 600 euros). And in the event of an advance sale of the motorcycle or scooter, the right to carry out the service not yet used can be transferred to the new owner.
