SDA Bocconi School of Management e Huawei announce the opening of candidature to participate in the second training cycle organized as part of Tech with Her. The initiative that aims to reducing the gender gap in the world of technology comes back with a second edition.
Tech with Her, the SDA Bocconi and Huawei initiative returns
With the aim of bridging this gap, Tech with Her proposes three training appointments on some of the main topics that characterize the so-called “professions of tomorrow”. It starts from Cloud Computing to then touch theArtificial intelligencebut also the Digital Transformation and the Cyber Security.
The first training program aimed at young female students already took place online last March involving about 150 girls in 8 training sessions. The goal of these sessions was to provide them with a first baggage of knowledge in the field of digital culture. At the end of the training approx 82 participants who had followed at least the 65% of sessions they then received a certificate.
On the 23rd and 24th of June, on the other hand, the second training initiative. This time the initiative will be held in person and is aimed at professionals of all ages currently employed in one Italian SMEwith particular attention to main sectors of Made in Italy. Among them we find manufacturing, tourism and agri-food.
The aim of the sessions will be to address the theme of Digital Transformation, outlining the challenges and opportunities that a small and medium-sized company has to face along this path. In addition, the participants will receive the necessary tools to be able to give their own individual contribution to processes. Also in this case, at the end of the training, those who have attended both days of trainingwill receive the certificate of participation.
To participate in the second training, which will be held from 23 to 24 June at SDA Bocconi School of Management Campusit is possible to apply through the official site. Applications will remain open until 28 maggio; il June 6finally, the selection of candidates admitted to participate in the initiative will be communicated.
