From 3 to 5 July 2024, Florence will be transformed into the capital of the gaming business with the return of First Playable. The event, of international resonance, will be held in the innovative spaces of Nana Bianca et al Cinema The Companyfulcrum of Tuscan cinematographic culture.

Organized by IDEA e Tuscany Film Commissionin collaboration with AICE agency and the Ministry of Business abroad, First Playable aims to catalyze the growth of the Italian gaming industry. Prestigious partners such as Epic Games/Unreal Engine, Memorable Games and Vigamus Group confirm their support for the event.
The inaugural conference on July 3 will see the participation of several speakers. July 4th and 5th, however, will be days focused on business meetings, networking and technical sessions for the development of commercial opportunities. Furthermore, on July 4th, the La Compagnia cinema will host the Italian Video Game Awards 2024 (IVGA), an event that celebrates the excellence of the Italian gaming sector. A jury will select the winners, rewarding the most impactful titles and leading professional figures of the previous year.
Nominations are open for the Italian Video Game Awards 2024
Until April 19thtalents from the gaming sector can present their works through the website First Playable. Categories include: Best Italian Game, Best Italian Debut Game, Outstanding Art e Outstanding Experience. Furthermore, there are special prizes forOutstanding Individual Contribution and theOutstanding Italian Companyrecognizing professionals and firms that have distinguished themselves at a national or international level.
A jury will select the finalists and announce the winners during the IVGAs. IIDEA members, representatives of the industry, will award the prizes for the individual and corporate categories.
How to participate in person at First Playable 2024
Access to the event and IVGAs is reserved for sector professionals based in Italy. Tickets available on Eventbrite offer two types of access: Full Access e Social Access. Both guarantee entry to the event, the IVGA ceremony and the following party.
Especially the ticket Full Access includes, in addition to general access, entry into the Nana Bianca meeting area and the possibility of booking business meetings with international companies through the Meet to Match matchmaking platform.
