SNK Corporation, creator of THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV (KOF XV, is happy to announce the upcoming DLC characters who will join the phenomenal fighting game. A total of 12 DLC characters will be released this year after the launch of THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV which will take place on February 17, 2022 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Windows 10, Steam and Epic Games Store.
The first wave of fighters is part of Team 1 (Team GAROU) and will arrive in March, the second wave, Team 2 (Team SOUTH TOWN), will be available in May. Team 3 will be released in the summer and Team 4 in the fall. Each Team will consist of 3 fighters, so the current roster of 39 characters will expand to 51 fighters for players to choose from. The Team 1 (Team GAROU) will be available in March 2022 and will include ROCK HOWARD, B. JENET and GATO by GAROU: MARK OF THE WOLVES.
ROCK HOWARD
Although the son of the fearsome Geese Howard, this young fighter with a complicated past was raised by Terry Bogard. A true combat prodigy, Rock has learned to use the styles handed down from both his father and stepfather. B. JENET convinces him to join Team GAROU in this KOF. (CV ： Yuma Uchida）

This cool, calculating upper-class fighter always walks away from the pack. He decided to take revenge after his mother died at the hands of his father. Although he wishes to go his own way, B. JENET has managed to convince him to join the team as he has some information on where his father is.
B. JENET
Leader of a band of pirates known as the Lillien Knights, B. JENET has traveled the world far and wide. Daughter of the Behrn family, an influential international cartel, she tired of her luxurious but boring life and fled to form the Lillien Knights. After the tumultuous events of the previous KOF, B. JENET has her suspicions that the worst is not over yet and aims to join this KOF to see what’s in store.
The Team 2 (Team SOUTH TOWN) will arrive in May 2022 and will include GEESE HOWARD, BILLY KANE and RYUJI YAMAZAKI from the popular FATAL FURY series.
The Team 3 from THE KING OF FIGHTERS XV will arrive in the summer while the Team 4 in the fall of 2022. The characters of each team will be revealed soon.
