Netflix has announced the release date of the last letter from your lover, starring Felicity Jones and Shailene Woodley

Netflix has announced that The last letter from your lover will be available this summer, starting on 23 July, while in British theaters it will be released shortly after, on 6 August.
Felicity Jones, Shailene Woodley, Callum Turner, Joe Alwyn and Nabhaan Rizwan get swept up in summer romance in THE LAST LETTER FROM YOUR LOVER, an extraordinary generation-spanning love story based on the novel by Jojo Moyes.

The film is directed by Augustine Frizzell (Never goin ‘back) and stars Felicity Jones – recently seen in George Clooney’s The midnight sky – e Shailene Woodley (Fault of the stars). The story is about Ellie (Felicity Jones), a London-based journalist who discovers a series of love letters between Jennifer Stirling (Shailene Woodley) and Anthony O’Hare (Callum Turner). A romantic story set against the backdrop of 1960s Paris, but destined for an unhappy ending. Ellie then decides to discover the identity of the two lovers and understand how things really went.
The screen adaptation is by Nick Payne (The Other Half of the Story) and Esta Spalding (On Becoming a God), and the cast will also feature Joe Alwyn and Nabhaan Rizwan.
