Where the challenge takes place – The solution to Uko Hou’s shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Naturally, before wanting a solution, you will first have to set foot in the Uko Hou shrine, but luckily for you it is probably the first time Raul will send you to familiarize yourself with the news of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. By facing (and, let’s face it, even a little around) the various hostile golems on theCelestial Island of Originsyou will find yourself great Shrine of Time at the north end. Once you have attempted (and failed) the entrance, Raul will explain that to enter you must first pass three shrines, starting from the closest one. Since there are multiple ways to get there, we just tell you where it is just east of the Sanctuary.

At the foot of the shrine you will find a spiral staircase that surrounds the hill on which the entrance is located, interrupted in such a way as to “force” you to take aclimbing. However, you will soon find yourself in the shrine and Raul will give you access to the Ultraman, with which you can magically glue (and this adverb is not a euphemism) almost everything that is not glued to the ground. Until you have completed the challenge, however, your access to power will be limited to the confines of the shrine itself. And before bothering the goddess Hylia with the worst curses, you’ll have to familiarize yourself with the Ultraman’s commands, moving the various objects.

“Give me back the stele, or you will bear my curse” – The solution to Uko Hou’s shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The first step is to learn the basic function of the Ultrahand, or (as already mentioned) the simple moving objects. You will find one stone slab leaned on the ground. Hold L to open the menu wheel, which lists all skills unlocked up to that point, and/or press L once to use the selected power. The Ultrahand is distinguished (in addition to the internal mentioning) by the red icon in the shape of a hand. Used e on the d-pad per move away or approach the item, e with the right analog stick per move it left to right and up to down, e R+↔/R+↕ with the d-pad per rotate it. Practice with plate e place it in such a way as to create a bridge. (The one below is about the next part.)

“And now apply some PVA glue. Ff-done?!” – The solution to Uko Hou’s shrine in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

After the first ditch, you will have to use the glue of the Ultrahand. You will notice that floating objects have an additional option, co-worker, once you get close with the skill. Press A and you will glue them, based on their inclination. Glued together the two slabs and you will create a bridge (above). The following challenge will be the last: your first rail! You will find gods hooks: take one, rotate it to put it vertically and fix it in the center of one of the slabs present near the rail (or place two, as we did below). Place the makeshift cable car on the track using the hook and jump aboard before the inertia starts it.

The unbearable coolness of Ultrahand

If we’re taking time with the upcoming review (but it’s not long now) it’s also to see how much we can dissect the game before giving a definitive verdict. We can already tell you, however, that theUltramano allows gods sequence break notable: we have bypassed, for example, the entire palisade on the perimeter of the Hyrule Plains Tower with the wooden planks available underneath it (below), thus creating a scala. The improvised solutions we have come up with to open up the map in every possible way are countless, which is why we encourage you to experiment with such a versatile power for yourself!
