Ahead of the game’s launch on PlayStation 5 next month, Bloober Team has released a new trailer: The Medium PS5 – Gamescom Launch Trailer. The footage shows the key elements of the story and features both the main locations and the protagonists, including the Hound, a mysterious entity from the spirit world. We remind you that The Medium will arrive on PS5 on September 3rd.

After a successful global launch on PC e Xbox Series X|S On January 28, 2021, Bloober Team said they were excited to bring The Medium to PS5 to take advantage of the console hardware and DualSense controllers, giving players the experience of exploring two worlds simultaneously.
The Medium is a third person psychological horror game that features an innovative dual reality gameplay. Players take on the role of Marianne, a medium with different psychic abilities, and explore the real world and the world of spirits alternately and simultaneously to uncover a dark mystery, sinister spirits and devious puzzles that only a medium can solve.
It is possible to pre-order the game on the PlayStation Store with a 10% discount for PS Plus members prior to launch. Pre-order players will receive the original digital soundtrack (by Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski) and The Art of The Medium (digital artbook).
Bloober Team and Black Screen Records will also release The Medium Original Soundtrack su vinile e CD, the release is scheduled for October. The soundtrack consists of “Across the shore” a theme created by Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski, and performed by Mary Elisabeth McGlynn.
Developed and published by Bloober Team, The Medium is the most ambitious project to date and will be available on PlayStation 5 on September 3, 2021.
