The release date of Total War: Warhammer III has been officially confirmed through a new trailer, and it is also known that the game will arrive the same day on Xbox Game Pass for PC
Through a trailer and a post on their website, the development house SEGA has finally announced the day in which the launch will take place by Total War: Warhammer III. This comes after it was declared on Twitter in September that the game would be postponed from the current year to the beginning of 2022, a choice motivated byto need for further time to allow the team to avoid having a title created too hastily.
Rob Bartholomew, Creative Assembly’s Chief Product Officer, said that after almost ten years behind the development of the Total War: Warhammer trilogy it was surreal to see its final chapter so close to launch, but the decision to take more time to increase the quality of the game prevailed over the temptation to hurry in finishing it and enter it immediately on the market. Now, the new release date has finally been confirmed, and Total War: Warhammer III will also arrive on Xbox Game Pass for PC.

Bartholomew is also pleased to have been able to identify a release date for Total War: Warhammer III, and referring to the new collaboration with Xbox through the Game Pass, says that thanks to it a much larger number of players will be able to take advantage of the pernicious powers of Chaos. Between additional content available at launch, there will be the Ogre Kingdoms Race Pack, obtainable for free for those who pre-order the game or buy it during the first week after the title’s release. In this package you can add the Kingdoms of the Orcs and their two Legendary Lords, Graesus Dentedoro and Skrag the Slaughterer to the campaign: with them the players will have the possibility to lead armies of warriors and monsters, hungry for plunder, gold and meat.
In battle, these brutes are great for bombarding enemies at long range, then charging them mercilessly with their abnormal mount. Within the campaign they will bring the war to their own nomad camps, located between the Monti del Lamento. The studio previously said that Total War: Warhammer 3 will not mark the end of the series, and that it will be supported with continuous updates and news; finally, the game will come out on February 17, 2022 your PC.
