In this review we will get to know the new TreSound Mini Bluetooth speaker. This device is a real masterpiece of aesthetics and style, which immediately catches the eye thanks to its decidedly trendy design. Conical shape and silver color (of the specific model under test); these details give the TreSound Mini a unique elegance. While the lights at the base that surround it add a touch of personality and originality. But don’t let his looks fool you, because this speaker is not just about external beauty. A sound of quality and power at 360 degrees with advanced connectivity, making the user experience truly immersive. Below we will show you in detail the characteristics of this fabulous product.

The packaging in which the product arrived does not leave much room for imagination. Very simple and “minimal”, it adapts perfectly to the contours of the speaker; allowing you to “glimpse” the features of this product right away. Materials and Design | Trettitre TreSound Mini review
At first glance this speaker is really elegant. Finally something stylistically different from the rest of the products on the market. Maybe not everyone will like it, but his personality (with this conical shape) is definitely a plus. The tip of the cone is made of metal like the bottom. While the upper end is made of plastic and contains a status LED (which lights up when turning on/off or connecting the device). Then we find, in the central part, a grid, in plastic. This contains the tweeters and woofers that deal with the mid frequencies. Finally, in the part of the base, hidden from view, we find: the LEDs, the only three controls of the device (connection, volume + and volume -) and the power connector. These elements, put together, create a truly unique and captivating (and maybe a little retro) design, which struck me right away.
Audio Experience | Trettitre TreSound Mini review
Just touch the tip of the TreSound Mini and the magic begins. With a fast and stable connection (even with the device positioned in an adjacent room) that will “immerse” you in an “absolute sound”. Once the connection to a device has been created (just click the button at the base of the cone) and the volume level has been chosen, the game is done. The shape of the Trettitre TreSound Mini is specially designedbecause the device is designed to spread sound evenly in the space in which it is located. After various tests, in fact, I noticed that the speaker gives its best when it is positioned in the center of the room (distributing the sound at 360°).
But of course, it also performs well in the corners of the room or along one of the walls. A tip is to place the speaker not too far from a recharging point, as you will not be able to check the charge level (more details below). The TreSound Mini is at its best as a speaker for filling a space with sound, rather than for close, “critical” listening (but it wasn’t created for that purpose). While using the device, I noticed that even though its size is small, it manages to produce a very impressive bass.
Although the dimensions have been decreased, the bass is sometimes even exaggerated, covering the mids. This speaker really reproduces not only music in an excellent way (indifferently classical, pop, rock), but also allows good listening to films/documentaries or podcasts. The highs also see some emphasis, which gives the overall sound more brilliance and energy.
Downsides
After spending so much time listening to music with this speaker, I haven’t encountered any major problems. Probably, to be picky (and maybe music lovers will understand me), the fact that the separation of the instruments is “relatively limited” can be considered a flaw. In fact, in the more complex pieces it gets lost that individuality which allows you to track them individually. But that doesn’t change the fact that this device “works” really well, maintaining a good level of performance.
Conclusions and price | Trettitre TreSound Mini review
The company Trettitre has managed to create a device that, despite its limited size, manages to have excellent performance both in smaller and larger environments. A product that was certainly a pleasure to test, especially appreciating the different style than usual. Many positives: beyond the design, there is a lot of sound quality. This is a product that I would definitely recommend, not just as a design element. But I think it is really great for all kids looking for a reliable speaker, with good autonomy and with a design that certainly does not go unnoticed. The connection speed and stability are also surprising; tested with PC, Android smartphone and Apple tablet, the result was always the same.
But there are also shortcomings; above all the fact that, even if it is a portable speaker, it is not suitable for pool or beach parties (but we know that it was not created for this). Also, even though the size has been greatly reduced, in my opinion it’s still too big and impractical to carry in a backpack.
Another flaw, if we want to call it that, is the lack of a charge level indicator. In fact, while using the device I was never able to check the battery level (which in any case had a very good duration when fully charged). The only thing to warn you a few minutes before switching off is a small acoustic/luminous signal; this leaves you just enough time to be able to plug in the power cord (provided you can recharge it without having to move the device).
Market price
Finally, let’s talk about the cost of this sophisticated Bluetooth speaker from Trettitre. The market price of this device is around 300.00 euros. Certainly in line with its competitors on the market in the same range.
