December 2021 is now upon us and with it many new video games to keep an eye on. The month of Christmas will mark the arrival of some really interesting products, such as Halo Infinite and Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker; without further ado then let’s take a look at all the video games coming out in December 2021.

Solar Ash – December 2nd
Let’s start our list with Solar Ash, the new video game developed by Annapurna, the studio that gave birth to the much appreciated Hyper Light Drifter. The style of the software house is easily recognizable, with one big difference though: this time the game will be completely in 3D, unlike its two-dimensional predecessor.
Playfully speaking Solar Ash is a action adventure dreamlike atmospheres that wink at the feeling of the sublime understood in its purest meaning. The game is coming to PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Chorus – 3 dicembre 2021
Chorus is a new space shooter developed by the guys from Deep Silver, which puts players in the shoes of Nara, an exceptional driver with a dark past, and hers Forsaken, a sentient starfighter. Together, the two must embark on a journey to annihilate the members of the dark cult who created Nara, putting an end to their aberrant experiments.
The game is expected to arrive on Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Google Stadia and PC and will make customization the focal point of the gameplay.
Big Brain Academy: Challenge of Minds – December 3rd
Big Brain Academy: Challenge of Minds is a new collection of “shrink” tests and puzzles dedicated to Nintendo Switch. In the title there are five different categories of tests to be completed to choose from among Intuition, Memory, Analysis, Algebra and Perception.
Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker – 7 dicembre
Endwalker is the new and latest expansion of Final Fantasy XIV, the MMORPG of the Final Fantasy series that has been in business for nearly eight years now. The DLC is proposed as the definitive content of the game, which will put a point to all the storylines currently open with many challenges and new activities to be carried out for the most passionate players of the title.
SpellForce 3 Reforged – 7 dicembre
SpellForce 3 Reforced is the revised and modernized re-edition of the third chapter of the strategic GDR of Grimlore Games e THQ Nordic, complete with all its expansions. The title will arrive on PC, PS4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S, with free download for those who already own the original version of SpellForce III.
Halo Infinte – December 8th
The real novice of the month of December is without a doubt Halo Infinite, finally ready to arrive in the homes of all fans of the saga after months of postponements. With this new chapter, 343 Industries aims to bring the saga back to its origins, taking up many of the elements that made Halo Combat Evolved the reference shooter on consoles in the early 2000s.
The game will arrive on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One, and has been defined by Microsoft as the most ambitious Halo chapter ever. As if that weren’t enough, Halo Infinite will be available at launch on Xbox Game Pass for all subscribers to the service.
Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX – 9 dicembre
The next of the video games of December 2021 is Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX, the re-edition for PC, Nintendo Switch and iOS mobile systems of the first two chapters of the JRPG series of Koei Tecmo on the occasion of their 25th anniversary.
Graphically faithful to their original counterparts, these tweaked versions will introduce some mechanics absent from the original, such as save and hibernate slots, to store game data throughout the match.
Syberia The World Before – 10 dicembre
Syberia The World Before was announced at Gamescom 2019 by French publisher Microids. This is a Syberia prequel adventure, and will opt for a narrative in two different historical periods. The narrative experience will focus on the deeds accomplished by the two protagonists Dana Roze e Kate Walker: the first will live its adventures shortly before the Second World War, the second in 2004.
