What will the Vivo X80 series look like

After many weeks of rumors leaked on the Net, finally the series Vivo X80 it’s official. From what we know, it will arrive on the market with two different models – a base and a Pro -, which will present significant improvements over their predecessors. Let’s go then to discover something in more detail.

Vivo X80: all the technical specifications of the series

Vivo X80 Pro

As you can imagine, the Vixo X80 Pro it is the most powerful model of the series. To distinguish it is a photographic sector of all importance. The smartphone, in fact, contains an array of four cameras on the back with Zeiss optics e Zeiss T lens coating *. More specifically, the rear camera configuration consists of: a 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL GNV main sensora 48MP IMX598 ultra wide angle cameraand 12 MP telephoto lens it’s a 8 MP periscope photocamera with 5x optical and 60x digital zoom.

In addition, the phone will be equipped with the new Vivo V1 Plus imaging chip, which will result in great improvements for night and low-light photography. And in an extension of night shooting capabilities to ultra-wide and front-facing cameras. Beyond this, we know that the Vivo X80 Pro will arrive on the market in two different variants: one with the chip Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and the other with the chip MediaTek Dimensity 9000. Both versions will be equipped with a display QHD+ AMOLED LTPO 6.78-inch, with an adaptive refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1500 nits.

Finally, the 4700 mAh batterywith support for 80W wired fast charging and 50W fast wireless charging. Other noteworthy features are an improved VC cooling chamber, a leaner X-axis vibration motor, IP68 protection from dust and water, NFC and dual stereo speakers.

As anticipated, the Pro model of the series will be joined by a basic model, equipped with a display AMOLED FHD+ 6.78-inch, with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of up to 1500 nits. The smartphone will be powered by the chip Dimensity 9000 on MediaTek, paired with X RAM and X UFS 3.1. As for the photographic sector, on the back there will be an array of three cameras: one main IMX866 50 MP with RGBW color filtera 12MP ultra wide angle it’s a 12 MP telephoto lenswith 2x optical and 20x digital zoom.

Finally, the Vivo X80 will have a 4500 mAh batterywith support for 80W wired wireless charging and 50W fast wireless charging. Beyond that, we also know that the smartphone will come with Android 12 and Origin OS. The model will then be sold in China, starting from April 29th in four different variants: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB.
