WhatsApp Beta just got a update, which brought the version of the application dedicated to beta testers to issue 22.214.171.124. and added some interesting functions, among which the possibility of evaluating the quality of messages coming from business accounts stands out. What’s new in the beta of WhatsApp seem unstoppable – let’s take a look at how this message evaluation works.
WhatsApp beta: here is the message evaluation function
Waiting for an update to correct the bug that causes the total lack of notification sounds, WhatsApp is developing new ways to evaluate the quality of business accounts. In this case, the last feature is the ability to evaluate messages from these profiles.
For the uninitiated, when you receive a message from a business account you can report it as spam, if it is an unsolicited message, but now you can also send feedback to the mailer, using the new option recently made available. By touching and holding such a message, you can choose to rate it with a 5 star rating system.
This assessment remains anonymous, and the application will not be able to access the message content in any way due to end-to-end encryption. The idea is that this system can be useful primarily to the business accounts themselves, in order to improve their communication within the social network and consequently be more incisive with their commercial messages.
This feature is currently being rolled out, so having the latest app update installed isn’t enough to find it. In any case, the most recent version of WhatsApp Beta for Android can be downloaded from the Google Play Store, even if at the moment the places to participate in the program are completely sold out.
