WitcherCon, the virtual event entirely dedicated to The Witcher franchise, has been announced by Netflix. In collaboration with CD Projekt Red, a multi-format straddling the videogame world and seriality
The event announced on the last day of the Geeked Week, will be entirely dedicated to the well-known saga of The Witcher:WitcherCon. An extraordinary and precious collaboration between Netflix and the developers of the CD Project, with a project able to amaze the most loyal fans: a multi-format with encounters and visions.
The WitcherCon will be available on Netflix’s official Twitch and YouTube channels on July 9th at 7pm and July 10th at 3am. Below is the suggestive poster distributed through social channels:

Details and curiosities | WitcherCon: Netflix and CD Projekt virtual event announced
A brilliant journey to discover creativity and production through fun and interactive panels. For new and longtime fans, a direct meeting with the people involved in hard work that gave the voice and life to video games and the series of The Witcher (starring the magnetic Henry Cavill). There will be exclusive insights, therefore, on lore, monsters and legends, revealing the behind-the-scenes and revelations of the entire franchise. Featuring entire comic sets, Netflix series and anime movie merchandise Nightmare of the Wolf will be within everyone’s reach, including the new mobile game The Witcher: Monster Slayer.
To whet the curiosity of the most passionate during the last day of Geeked Week, was above all the preview of the teaser of the second season of The Witcher series; available soon on Netflix. The great return of Henry Cavill in the guise of Geralt di Rivia, flanked by Anya Chalotra (Yennefer)e Freya Allan (Ciri), will see the addition of many new characters, including Kim Bodnia as Vesemir.
