Xbox Game Pass continues to be enriched with new additions in its catalog: in fact, new games have recently been announced that will arrive in the catalog in the month of May. Let’s see together what it is
Keeping up with all updates to Microsoft’s service catalog is no easy feat. Although Microsoft itself, with its information services, tries to keep its users as up-to-date as possible, it is often normal to lose a few pieces along the way. In this case, the news of the new games that will arrive in May on the Game Pass comes directly from the Pure Xbox site. Clearly this is just a first taste, and in all likelihood this list will be updated in the coming weeks.
Games announced for Game Pass coming in May
In addition to Second Extinction and Destroy All Humans! arriving at the end of this week, we begin to get an idea of what the May lineup will be. Let’s start with Dragon Quest Builders 2, whose arrival is scheduled for May 4, on consoles, cloud and PC; we pass by The Wild At Heart coming on May 20 for consoles (dates have yet to be decided for other platforms); finally, we end up with Knockout City, also coming to console only on May 21st. As a bonus, we will be able to find, again on May 21, FIFA 21, coming through EA Play, a service that we remember being included in the Game Pass subscription.
In addition to May’s new additions to the Game Pass, however, we unfortunately also have to talk about the games to come withdrawn from the catalog. For now, in reality, it seems that there are few games that are expected to expire in the next month: to be precise, these are only titles from the FIFA series. In fact, FIFA 15, FIFA 16, FIFA 17 and FIFA 18 will be withdrawn from EA Play and, consequently, also from the Game Pass.
