Xiaomi 14 Ultra shows itself online with a revised design, Leica brand cameras and a killer technical sheet
There is less and less left until the launch of Xiaomi 14 Ultrathe new top of the range from the Chinese giant which is preparing to conquer the market with an excellent photographic sector, once again in collaboration with Leicaand a killer technical sheet.

The first leaked images reveal a renewed design compared to the predecessor: the “step” on the back has been abandoned in favor of a completely flat look, with a gigantic porthole which houses the cameras and a clearly visible ring in profile that recalls classic cameras. Xiaomi 14 Ultra will not be a featherweight: with a thickness of 9.2 mm and a weight approximately 220 grams, is positioned in the full-bodied top of the range segment. However, the IP68 certification guarantees resistance to water and dust.
The smartphone will be available in different versions, some with titanium frames (not for all markets), and will sport a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with 2K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits brightness.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: hardware and cameras
The beating heart of Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be the chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, supported by 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory. There 5,300 mAh battery it will guarantee excellent autonomy, with 90W fast charging via cable and 50W wireless.
The cameras, the real strong point of the device, will be four of 50 MP each: wide angle, ultra-wide angle, 3.2x zoom and 5x zoom. The main sensor should be from 1 inch with f/1.6 aperture, to capture very high quality photos and videos. Among the goodies, video recording in 8K at 24 fps, 4K at 60 fps and slow motion up to 1920 fps at 1080p.
Availability and price
The list price should be around 1.499 euro. The official debut is scheduled for MWC 2024, in a few weeks. Without a doubt, Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a candidate as one of the most anticipated smartphones of the year. The refined design, the exceptional cameras and the high-level technical data sheet make it a real technological jewel that will surely win over even the most demanding users.
