  • The key role of fans: It is in Sanremo that the Eurovision effect begins, which has already been very strong on YouTube in the rest of Europe for some time. And if Eurovision fans once came to follow the event on its last day, for a few years now fans have literally competed to “bring” their song and artist to Eurovision! An example? Translations and comments on the songs, also on YouTube.
