YouTube has confirmed the arrival of the Shorts also on the big TV screens. The YouTube application is preparing to receive an important update on all the TV platforms on which it is available, starting from Android TV, which will integrate the Shorts which, therefore, can be viewed not only from smartphones, tablets and PCs. YouTube launches Shots for TV
The news was announced today on the official YouTube blog. This is a novelty with which YouTube aims to increase the diffusion of the Shorts that are now an integral part of the platform. Note that the Shorts will arrive even on consolesalways with an app update.
Shorts will continue to be displayed vertically, thus leaving ample free space on the TV screen, both left and right. The screen will be divided into three parts with the right part dedicated to a summary of the information relating to the video and the author.
To navigate between the various contents, passing from one video to another, it will be necessary use the remote control and, in particular, the arrows of the device. To go forward, in fact, you will need to press the down arrow.
