The Zelda The Lost Records expansion aims to bring Skyward Sword into Breath of the Wild
The famous modder of Zelda called Waikuteru is preparing a new mod called The Lost Records. This new mod will soon be available as an expansion for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and will be dedicated to the story of Link seen inside Skyward Sword, which among other things will soon be released in a remastered version for Nintendo Switch to celebrate the 35 years of the Zelda saga.

The modder revealed several details related to Zelda The Lost Records, a playable remake as an expansion within Breath of the Wild. The title will take us to the beginning of the timeline of the saga, with Link finding himself inside the Skyview Temple seen in Skyward Sword. From here he will have to start in search of Zelda in a new adventure that includes new objects taken from the historical adventure originally released for Nintendo Wii. Inside the mod, new enemies have also been included such as the fearsome Demon Lord Ghirahim, which will also have a dedicated boss fight.
The mod will be available from July 14. The modder Waikuteru is not new to this type of operations: in the past he had already published a mod, again for Breath of the Wild, called Second Wind which added several new content to the original game. Meanwhile, pending the arrival of the sequel to Breath of the Wild, the HD version of Skyward Sword, which will have several changes and improvements to suit the Nintendo Switch.
