One of the most awaited series of the new streaming platform Paramount Plus is undoubtedly 1923, spinoff of Yellowstone set before the famous series starring Kevin Costner. In the mother production we saw John Dutton protect his ranch from the attacks of ruthless entrepreneurs and menacing Indians, while the construction of the famous Yellowstone National Park goes ahead. In this prequel series we go back to the 20swith the Dutton family intent on dealing with the years of the Great Depression and Prohibition.
In the role of the protagonists there will be two sensational stars like Harrison Ford e Helen Mirren, ready to play the roles of Jacob and Cara. Along with them, in the cast of the series include: Brandon Sklenar, Darren Mann, Michelle Randolph, James Badge Dale, Marley Shelton, Brian Geraghty, Aminah Nieves, Julia Schlaepfer and Jerome Flynn. 1923 will debut the December 18th on Paramount Plus and will consist of two seasons of eight episodes each.
Not Just 1923: The Other Yellowstone Spinoffs
1923 will expand the narrative universe linked to the Yellowstone TV series and will be the second spinoff of the series after 1883, the first prequel series released last winter and set, as the title suggests, at the end of the 19th century. A third Yellowstone spinoff will also soon see Luca, 6666which instead, unlike the others, follows the events of the mother series and is set in present-day Texas.
Now is the time for 1923, a project whose ambition is well demonstrated by the presence of two top-level stars like Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, two actors who certainly need no introduction.
