The name of this new expansion, although officially announced only yesterday, had already appeared on the web some time ago, a few weeks ago. This because Outer Wilds: Echoes of the Eye had already been subject to a leak weeks before the official announcement: now in any case, in addition to the name, fans now also have various images and the official release date available. This expansion promises, at first glance, many new ones strange and mysterious contents. The story seems to start from the premise of a new exhibition in the museum, which necessitates a last trip. In this short video we can also see other scenes: in particular, we see the sun that is covered by an undefined dark matter, and then conclude with images of the dark places that we will probably go to explore.
The expansion is expected to be released shortly, for September 28, 2021, and will be available for PS4, Xbox One e PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Also, the base game is coming soon on Nintendo Switch, although we don’t have a specific release date.
