News coming from the Chinese manufacturer TTArtisan, which announced the imminent arrival of its first lens with Autofocus. This is the TTArtisan AF 32mm f / 2.8 for APS-C and full-frame mirrorless cameras.
This announcement is a turning point for the Chinese company, which until now had always made structural simplicity its workhorse. Today, with the inclusion of the autofocus motor, the aim is above all to widen the catchment area.
Not much is known about this new perspective, we are only in front of a teaser and no technical details have been revealed. We currently know that the new TTArtisan AF 32mm f / 2.8 will be available with Canon M, Canon RF, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z and Sony E mounts.
From the images that can be seen in the presentation video, the new lens appears to be very compact and presumably therefore also light.
Furthermore, it will be interesting to understand what will be the pricing policy that TTArtisan has in mind to put in place at the time of the marketing of this 32mm. Until now the manufacturer’s lenses have always been characterized by a very competitive price and we expect to see an aggressive positioning even the latest creation.
When? Here too it is difficult to make exact predictions, but it is possible that we will know more by the end of October.
