A goal achieved, as confirmed by the certification Top Employers 2022. But what exactly is it about?
The Top Employers Certification is issued to companies that reach and meet the high standards required by the HR Best Practices Survey. The Survey covers 6 macro-areas in the HR field. It examines and analyzes 20 different topics and respective best practices in depth. These also include People Strategy, Work Environnment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being, Diversity & Inclusion and many others.
