Through a press release, the independent studio Snowcatle Games has unveiled, with a trailer, Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure in development for PC and Console
The independent studio Snowcastle Games announced, just today, that Ikonei Island: An Earthlock Adventure, for PC and Console, is currently in development. Taking a lot of inspiration from titles like Animal Crossing: New Horizons and Stardew Valley, Ikonei Island offers a unique glimpse into the genre, adding to the necessary search for resources and an already tested crafting system, the presence of pirate camps and the possibility of using the wild nature of the protagonist island to help the player.
Ikonei Island builds on the success of Earthlock RPGs, taking from the franchise the rich and varied world and the presence of magic to take them to new heights. Set on a desert island, the game will give you the task of exploring its different scenarios while you will collect resources to craft items and make friends with wild animals, each featuring unique abilities and giving you access to new areas. On your way you will find ancient ruins of a vanished population, pirates in search of treasures and a plethora of different biomes, from snow-capped mountains to boundless deserts, from dense forests to wet swamps.
