Through a press release, Electronic Arts has announced a series of new partnerships and collaborations for FIFA 23: from Serie B to LaLiga, let’s discover all the licenses together
Just over a month is missing from one of the most important annual videogame releases, that of the new iteration of the most important football franchise in Italy. FIFA 23 will arrive on September 30th on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Stadia and will actually be the last chapter to bear the now evocative name. Starting next year, in fact, FIFA will become EA Sports FC, without however losing anything in terms of collaborations and licenses, on the contrary. Through a press release it was Electronic Arts to show, with a pinch of self-love, all the new multi-year partnerships and additions that will first arrive in FIFA 23, later moving to EA SPORTS FC. Some numbers, to start: players will be able to take advantage of the more than 19,000 players, 700 teams, 100 stadiums and 30 leagues across the global sport to venture into a new chapter that, like every year, EA promises to be the most spectacular and complete of always.
Recently, EA Sports announced a groundbreaking deal with LaLiga, which will include naming rights for all LaLiga competitions, a full rebrand in partnership with EA Sports, and all new additions to the game. With the addition of the BKT series and renew with Major League Soccer, Professional Football League of Argentina and Saudi Pro League, FIFA 23 aims to truly be the most licensed title ever. The new partnerships with the clubs include Celtic FC, Rangers FC and Mamelodi Sundowns FC, as well as an extension of the partnership with Tottenham Hotspur FC and a multi-year agreement with the Juventus club. An agreement that also integrates the club’s stadium, along with the official badges, jerseys and players, as well as unveiling the players Claudio Marchisio as FUT Hero and Dušan Vlahović as FIFA 23 ambassador.

As for the stadiums, however, players will be able to experience exciting matches by playing in some of the most iconic stadiums in the world, such as La Bombonera del Boca Juniors, the Europa-Park Stadion of SC Freiburg, the Banc of California Stadium in LA FC, The Allianz Stadium of Juventus, CA Osasuna’s El Sadar Stadium, Real Valladolid CF’s Zorilla Stadium, Philips Sport Vereniging Eindhoven and Manchester City Women’s Academy Stadium. EA SPORTS will also continue to sponsor referees in the Premier League, the Emirates FA Cup and throughout the English Football League through its partnership with the Professional Game Match Officials Limited (PGMOL). Instead, she will sponsor referees for the first time in the Barclays Women’s Super League, the Barclays Women’s Championship, the FA Women’s Continental Tires League Cup and the Vitality Women’s FA Cup.
FIFA 23 will also be the only place you can play on the largest pitch in the world, in both men’s and women’s tournaments, the FIFA World Cup, as well as the iconic UEFA Champions LeagueUEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, CONMEBOL Libertadores, CONMEBOL Sudamericana, Premier League, LaLiga Santander, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A, nonché Serie BKT.
