No less than 20 hours, plus the time it takes to find the multiple endings: Valkyrie Elysium’s review on Famitsu speaks for itself
With the release scheduled for PS4 and PS5 in three days, Valkyrie Elysium is really around the corner: now, that of the Japanese magazine Famitsu is the first of many reviews to come, confirming that it will take at least 20 ore to leave behind the action RPG and its multiple finals. The ballot is online, freely available and (thanks to DeepL translations) we now have these two salient details. Of course it’s not just about that: there is also other valuable information for all of us who still don’t have the game at hand.
Valkyrie Elysium, a single story with many endings
The Famitsu review, according to DeepL, also asserts that the most skilled can complete Valkyrie Elysium even below the round figure, since in these 20 hours they can also return the necessary side quests. As for the alternative endings, the presence of further conclusions refers to the same videogame narrative expedient already found in the predecessor Valkyrie Profile. Even without any spoilers, the review alludes to a sense of “discomfort” for the player as the story progresses. It remains to be seen how many and which choices will lead to each different epilogue.
