Filming has concluded on The Electric State, the new film by the Russo brothers starring Millie Bobby Brown
After a very long wait, filming has finally concluded The Electric State, Of Anthony e Joe Russo. The film, which will be released on Netflixis a sci-fi thriller based on the graphic novel by Simon Stålenhag. The realization encountered quite a few problems during filming, but fortunately we are now moving on to post-production.
Plot
The film tells the story of an orphan teenager who receives an unexpected visit from a friendly robot. The girl discovers that she was sent to him by her younger brother, who disappeared. The two then embark on a mission, crossing the American West, to go in search of the boy, in a collapsing world, where humans live among robots.
And Instagram post posted by AGBO, the company of the Russo brothers, has announced that filming has finally concluded. The post included some behind-the-scenes images and a photo of the crew, followed by thanks. The shooting took longer than expected, due to some difficulties encountered.
The Electric State: Millie Bobby Brown is the protagonist
The protagonist of The Electric State will be Millie Bobby Brownnow a world star after his performance in Stranger Things ed Enola Holmes. Alongside him in his new film we will find Chris Pratt, Giancarlo Esposito, Ke Huy Quan, Stanley Tucci, Anthony Mackie, Billy Bob Thornton e Jason Alexander. To appear among the ranks of the cast there also had to be Michelle Yeohnow on the crest of a wave to star in Everything Everywhere All At Once, but unfortunately the actress seems to have opted out of the part.
The Electric State is written by Christopher Markus e Stephen McFeely. The film passed to the Russo brothers only at a later time; before them in fact The Electric State was to be directed by Andy Muschiettifamous for The Mother (2013), It (2017) and The Flash (2023).
Although Netflix hasn’t announced a release date yet, this would be expected in the first months of 2024.
