In the last few hours, Blizzard Entertainment has confirmed that Diablo 4 will run at 4K resolution and 60 FPS Xbox Series X. Here are all the details
In recent days Redfall sparked controversy for not running at 60 FPS up Xbox Series X/S at launch but, fortunately, it looks like this won’t be the norm for all major upcoming titles. One of the most important in particular – Diablo 4 by Blizzard Entertainment – it has indeed been confirmed that it will shoot at 60 FPS on current generation consoles from Microsoft and resolution 4K su Series X. Diablo 4: 60 FPS confirmed on Xbox Series X and 4K resolution while on Xbox Series S the game will run in Full HD
Speaking on Major Nelson’s Xbox Podcast recently, Rod Fergusson of Blizzard Entertainment, general manager of Diablo, confirmed that Diablo 4 will run in Ultra HD and 60 FPS on Series Xit’s at 1080p e 60 FPS per Xbox Series S. Whether we can also expect additional graphics modes for different resolution and performance options remains to be seen.
Presumably, this means the game will run at 4K and 60 FPS also on PS5although this has not yet been officially confirmed, while it is still unknown how the game will run on last-gen consoles.
Diablo 4 will be released on June 6th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Blizzard will release new details on endgame content and progression systems on April 20th.
