Apple will start selling next year Vision Pro, which will bring virtual reality and 3D photography directly into our daily lives. But it seems that Apple will soon introduce a more powerful version of the iPhone, the model iPhone Ultra, capable of taking 3D photographs. Powering the Vision Pro augmented reality ecosystem.
iPhone Ultra will take 3D photos
According to MacRumors, iPhone Ultra may have the ability to capture space photos and videos, designed to be viewed on Apple’s Vision Pro headphones. However, we shouldn’t expect to see this iPhone Ultra on the market anytime soon. At the moment, the release date is still uncertain, but let’s start from 2024 or beyond. And to fully enjoy space photos and videos, you would need a viewer Vision Pro.
Space photography, also known as 3D photography, captures images in such a way that convey a depth and a three-dimensional perception of space. Usually, this involves the capture of several photos from slightly different angles or the use of specialized cameras to create a stereoscopic effect.
Apple Vision Pro has external sensors that track the depth of things in front of you and cameras that capture what you see. This configuration allows you to create 3D effect and perception of depth in captured images and videos.
However, to bring space photography to a future iPhone Ultra, Apple will face complex technological challenges. It will be necessary to add an extra sensor on the back of the phonepositioned at the right distance from other cameras to achieve the desired 3D effect.
We don’t expect to see this news as early as the September 12 announcement. But it looks like it will be in the future of the iPhone – and a way to make Vision Pro more successful.
