Il Comedy Wildlife Awards celebrates a decade of sharing fascinating images from around the world. This year Nikon is proud to be able to contribute to this great tradition as a partner. To commemorate this exciting new partnership, the competition has been officially renamed “The Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards”. The goal of encouraging the world to participate in the conservation conversation through exhilarating nature images remains the same.
Comedy Wildlife Awards 2024: make people smile with a photo
Participants are invited to submit work that not only has the power to make people smile, but is also an expression of wildlife in all its shapes and sizes. To promote the conservation and defense of habitats with a humorous and positive message.
Comedy Wildlife Awards 2024: the jury
The shortlist will be judged by a panel of industry-leading photographerswhich for the first time will also include gods Nikon Creator. Among these there are Cameron Whitnall, Lara Jackson e Roxy Furman, all sharing a great passion for both nature photography and the defense of nature. They will be part of the regular panel of expert judges, which includes renowned nature photographers and Nikon Ambassadors such as Daisy Gilardini and Charlie Hamilton James.
How and when to participate
The participation in the competition is free and you can access it until 31 July 2024. The shortlist will be announced in September, with the final winners announced in November this year.

The works presented in the various categories will have the chance to win extraordinary prizes, from an unrepeatable safari in the Masai Mara in Kenya to a Nikon Z 30 camera. Other awards include un kit Nikon Z 8 and a brand new iPad with the latest Affinity Photo editing software, which will go to the winner of the competition Nikon Young Photographer.
