Among Us, the hugely popular title developed and published by Innersloth, will be playable for free starting tomorrow for registered users of the Nintendo Switch Online: let’s see the details below
By now everyone will surely be aware of Among Us. Originally released in 2018 by Innersloth, the title’s popularity took off only in 2020, when streamer and influencer they started to take an interest in it, bringing in a huge number of players. After initially landing only on smartphones and PCs, in 2020 a version for Nintendo Switch, accessible at a cost of € 4.29 (and is coming for all other major consoles). Well, starting tomorrow, Among Us will be available for free for Nintendo Switch Online users for a whole week.

Nintendo Switch Online is the subscription service which allows access to multiplayer in the various video games of the console. Beyond that, there are several additional services for users, such as access to a selection of the best titles for NES and SNES accessible at no additional cost. One of these are the Game Trial, or the possibility of being able to play some games for free for a limited period of time. Among Us, which we repeat will be free on Switch starting tomorrow until July 27, it is therefore part of the Game Trial.

To announce it, as visible above, it was Nintendo itself, through one of its official Twitter channels. It should also be added that Among Us will be, from tomorrow until August 1st, discounted on Nintendo eShop compared to the standard price. This can be a great opportunity to get the game, whether you’ve never played it yet, or want to buy an additional Switch copy.
