The play on words love runs through the events The Last Night of Love by Andrea Di Stefano, with absolute interpreter, the aforementioned, Pierfrancesco Favino. The protagonist is Franco Amore, a police lieutenant one step away from retirement; called to investigate a murder that took place under unclear circumstances. The victim turns out to be his friend Dino, longtime partner and involved in the robbery of precious diamonds. That same evening, for Franco Amore, everything will seem to knot frantically, leaving no way out. Only the love of his wife Viviana will help him quench the fire of the night.
