Boris is about to return with the highly anticipated fourth season on Disney +: everything you need to know about it
René Ferretti and his unlikely production team are about to return. Ten years after the third season, Boris will return with the fourth chapter October 26. A surprise for all fans of the series, who by now had almost totally given up on seeing the new behind-the-scenes adventures of the fiction The eyes of the heart. The renewal of Boris has arrived, as mentioned, more than ten years after the end of the third season: it is a very welcome return, eagerly awaited and is a candidate to be one of the highlights of the autumn season.
Boris 4: the details of the new season
After three seasons and a movie, Boris returns on October 26 with the fourth chapter of his existence. The series, as we all know, stages a strong and ferocious behind-the-scenes satire of the Italian show business. Filming for this fourth season began in October 2021, under the guidance of Giacomo Ciarrapico and Luca Vendruscolo, who remained at the helm of the project after the death of Mattia Torre in 2019.
The fourth season brings Boris’ beloved TV crew back to the stage, but actualizing the context. For ten years now the world of television has changed, there has been the social turning point, the advent of digital and all these innovations will be present in Boris 4, creating new events all to laugh.
The new season consists of six episodes, out as mentioned starting from 26 October. With Boris 4 Disney + expands more and more in Italy, increasing its production. Some time ago the first Italian series debuted on the streaming platform of the Mickey Mouse house: it is The ignorant fairies, serial remake of the homonymous film by Ferzan Ozpetek. The series was a great success and will lead the way to other local productions that will soon populate Disney +.
