Nintendo and Microsoft seem to be the answer to the question that comes up every year: who really “won” E3 in 2021?
Whenever one ends E3, the discussion turns to who has “won”: the general consensus, for the edition 2021, it seems to aim at Nintendo e Microsoft, but there are a host of other opinions on the annual event. According to the official jury, including editors from IGN, GameSpot, PC Gamer, GamesRadar + and Game Bonfire, the home of consoles in green was the best. Apparently, the most anticipated game is Forza Horizon 5. We could close it here, but as great as the last Direct turned out to be, we naturally wonder what the actual numbers were in terms of views.
An invincible “bromance”: Nintendo and Microsoft triumph at E3 2021
Between Nintendo and Microsoft, the most popular presentation appears to be the Direct in question. According to the data collected by Stream Hatchet, the Big N seems to have “dominated” the list of conferences, with the peak of views around three million viewers. Keep in mind that the data contained in the tweet below combines the results of YouTube with those of Twitch. The positions from the third to the fifth go respectively to Ubisoft, Square-Enix e Return Digital. With a retweet, the latter described the result achieved during the fair as “simply insane”.

Even for the silver medal there is ample to rejoice. Phil Spencer, always sporty, he noticed how much it was the most followed E3 ever for the Xbox team, congratulating everyone on the great work done. The pandemic will also have lightened the June binge, but undoubtedly we can not help but congratulate the chef for a second dish of vegetables and for a dessert in red suitable for everyone’s tastes. Without excluding the spiciness of Devolver Digital, why not.
