In FINAL FANTASY IV, the kingdom of Baron sends its best airship fleet, the Red Wings, to attack neighboring nations. Troubled by his mission, Cecil, a knight of darkness and captain of the Red Wings, decides to face the tyrannical kingdom of Baron along with his trusted friend and his beloved. In his search for the Crystals, Cecil will have to travel on land, underground, in the realm of the eidolons and even on the moon. Over the course of the adventure, players will join the dragon Cain, the white mage Rosa, the summoner Rydia, and many other valiant allies. FINAL FANTASY IV has set the standard for RPGs thanks to its diverse cast of characters, its deep storyline, and its Active Time Battle (ATB) system.
